1. Do you accept insurance?

At this time I accept Husky, CT Anthem BCBS, Aetna and Cigna. All other insurances are considered out of network. This means that you are responsible in paying for your visit out of pocket. I can print you a “Superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for their allowed reimbursement. Companies such as www.reimbursify.com can be used to make this process simpler. I am actively working on becoming in network with insurance companies.

Please note, if you have a high deductible plan, you are responsible for all out of pocket costs until you meet that deductible!
