*Provide psychotropic medication management, including prescribing medication, ordering/interpreting laboratory testing as appropriate and education of drug indications and monitoring of adverse effects (e.g. AIMS).
* Provide non-pharmacological interventions including individual psychotherapy, performing Mood screenings with Evidence based tools (e.g. GAD7, PHQ-9, MDQ, Vanderbilt, CIWA, COWS, MMSE)

Qualified patients will be registered in order to be eligible to receive their MMC through the state of CT. Patients are required to bring in documentation of their qualifying diagnosis. Please note that the State of CT fee is an addition $100/year.
